Counter-Notice

Requirements for a valid Counter-Notice
1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the content removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Repeat Infringers
APKMATRIX reserves the right to remove content or disable access related to sources that are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
